FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Man Always Destroys

In the last 30 yrs or so, the ancient path of scripture began to rise up, one that had been hidden for over a 1000 yrs. It began to stir a fire in the hearts of many. A fire that was revealing the true path that Yah had always meant for us all to walk. In this awakening the terms “messianic” or “Hebrew roots” and even “Torah Keepers” started becoming the means as to label and recognize those who were of this rapidly growing sect/s. And many started running to them.
This “sect” or “sects” of people were on fire and hungry, seeking the scriptures daily from front to back, eager and passionate to share this revelation with others that there was so much more to serving Yah than we had all been taught in the church.

We came to learn about the true biblical sabbath, we came to learn the true biblical feasts, we came to learn about what it was to really walk in obedience to our Father & our Savior! All these things being revealed to us all and it was spreading fast and with great zeal!

But then somewhere along the way something in a very short span of time began to happen!!!

After the proverbial honeymoon stage passed from this new exciting revelation of how to walk in Yah, many, if not most have gone from questioning what the church religion was teaching to questioning what the Bible says.
All of a sudden we have all these so called “extra biblical text”
Now all of a sudden everyone watches a few YouTube videos in this age of mass information, and everyone thinks they’re a scholar of sorts and a Hebrew expert.

Suddenly people are all claiming that Yah gave them special revelation to ancient Hebrew and now we have a dozen different names in Hebrew for our Father and Savior!

Yah’s precious set apart Sabbath is now profaned worse than ever before. It’s not enough that the church changed the sabbath from the 7th day of the week to the first day, or now that it’s restored, to just keep the 7th day sabbath.

But now the very day is and has been ripped apart by the different ways being declared on how to keep the biblical sabbath instead of just obeying the simple commandment instructions lined out in the 4th commandment.

His feasts so reverenced to be kept again now also suffer the same mutilation as the rest of the scriptures!!!

But it doesn’t stop there, now the very scriptures themselves are under scrutiny and attack, the very essence of all that they are is in full question and is challenged from every direction!

There are so many more things I can cover in this.
But needless to say, now this too is being destroyed!
Now the terms “messianic” “Hebrew roots” “Torah Keepers” are all titles being met with disdain and contempt.
Why?! Because of man doing what man has always done to Yah’s perfect order, they come in and begin to corrupt and defile what He made holy!

As always man comes in and thinks he can make things better than how Yah originally created it to be. Man begins to add and take away all that he deems fit!

Israel did this by adding Talmud, Mishnah, Judaism type doctrine to Yah’s tanak! (OT)

Those of the Roman Empire through Constantine created the “Roman Catholic Church” (the universal church) and took and adopted the Messiah part of Israel and turned it into to what is Christianity today, (a European Jesus), while throwing out the Torah and anything deemed to look “Jewish”

Even the Quran claims that the Holy Scriptures are the inspired Word of God. It also claims that Yeshua was born of a virgin and that Israel is Yah’s chosen people.
But even the Muslims reject there own book in these areas.

So as we can see, all man has ever been good at is corrupting and destroying the beauty and perfection of Yah’s Holy things.

And now today, more than ever before, we see so many turning away from Yah, Messiah and the Bible all together. More are running from those of the messianic, Hebrew roots, Torah keeping communities than running to it now. Many have gone back to the church because there’s more love there than with these who claim to follow the ancient path. Because these sects have become so hateful and cause just as much division and discord as all the different denominations of the church!

As the old saying goes and will always go, “when are we going to learn?”
When are we going to stop destroying?!
When are we going to stop causing people to run from Yah because of our ignorance and arrogance?!

When are we going to leave Yah’s Holy Scriptures alone and just teach what they say so others can have the hope of eternal salvation?!!!

It bears the question: How much blood do we have on our hands?

May Abba Father forgive us, for we are truly the most wicked spiritual generation ever!!!

As Yeshua said,

”“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.“
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13‬-‭14

Yeshua also said,

”“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.“
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭21‬

And as well, Yah said this:

”“The fear of the Adonai is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.“
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭9‬:‭10‬

Plain and simple, there is not enough FEAR of Yah among us!

We all look at what’s happening in the world and everyone is talking about Yah’s judgement coming in the wicked. Just remember, Yah said He’s coming to judge His house first!!!

Shalom be yours this day.

The structure of our trial is meant to teach, not destroy.

Psalm 51:10-13 nkjv

Create in me a clean heart, O God,
And renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Do not cast me away from Your presence,
And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.

Restore to me the joy of Your salvation,
And uphold me by Your generous Spirit.
Then I will teach transgressors Your ways,
And sinners shall be converted to You.”

Only through our trials and victories do we learn how to live and survive. Through fire we learn about the burn, through winter we learn about the cold. Pressure gives us opportunity to press into Him. If we are wise, our lessons will provide growth.
The structure of our trial is meant to teach, not destroy.
The writer here in this verse, David, asks for a clean heart. That means he understands that it is dirty in nature. He asks for a steadfast spirit because he knows in his own strength he is weak and will fail. It is only through YAH’s strength that we are able to overcome and accomplish the tasks before us. THROUGH the fire we learn to trust Him! THROUGH the storms & trials we are perfected becoming usable vessels for His glory. Only then, through our obedience and surrender to His truths are we able to teach transgressors His ways! Through the lessons of our own surrender!

Galatians 2:20

“I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.”

Release and Renew

Life is full of trial and error, wins and loses, success and defeat. This is an ideal time to reflect and do an inventory of our hearts as we enter into this new calendar year (Secular not biblical), and embark on a brand new decade. If we are being honest with ourselves, then we will see where we need to grow and what we may be lacking in. An unwise man will be overconfident in his own ability, and insecurity can destroy a successful future. Thankfully we can draw strength and assurance from our Creator, and be confident in what he has accomplished in us. But there seems to be times that our prayers go unanswered. Times when we feel our words never go higher than the ceiling, almost like there is a barricade between us and heaven. Sometimes these are trials in our faith. An opportunity to learn to trust in the silence. And yet other times this is an indicator it’s time to go inward and do a heart check. The Word tells us that it’s our heart that will condemn us. That if we are in the truth, that we should assure our hearts before Him.
David asked YAH to create a clean heart within him

~Psalm 51:10. create in me a clean heart oh Lord, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

The word is certain that YAH is greater than our hearts and He knows all things. What can be hidden from the One who knows all things?

But here is the key…if our heart does not condemn us, than we have confidence in our YAH. We then have confidence in Him, when we trust Him, THEN, at this point, the scriptures says “whatever we ask we receive from Him” BECAUSE we keep His commandments and DO the things that please Him! (1 John 3:18-23)
He will give us the desire of our hearts IF our hearts do not condemn us. All that we ask, according to His will, will be given when we ask Him to clean us out, to create a clean heart! Repentance is critical. In order to have a clean heart we must be willing to accept our flaws and release our sins to the Father. But also learn from the mistakes we’ve made in the past so that we can teach others through our own lessons we’ve learned. By the word of our testimony others will come to know who Yeshua/Jesus is, but it takes an honest repentive heart, one that does not condemn you because it has been renewed through repentance and faith in Him.

Is there something you may be lacking in? An unanswered prayer? Unforgivness? Whatever is keeping you from the throne of Grace, it is time to get rid of it! Do not get in your own way! Be renewed! Release, let it go by laying it at the feet of your King, and be set free from what condemns us so that we can be made clean and have the ear of our Father! Amen. Be blessed in this new season, shalom.

Count your blessings

Let us count our blessings by praising Him through our trials! A trial is only an opportunity to show YAH how faithful we will remain! Trial creates an opening for our blessings! It brings us to a choice…and forces us to decide whom we will TRULY serve! Who will YOU serve when life takes things away from you, hurts you, breaks you down? Choose wisely how you react to the circumstances presented to you! Will you praise Him? Will you thank Him, knowing that the road less traveled isn’t always easy? Remember…rain falls on the just and unjust alike! How we handle that rain is what builds our character and gives us hope! Shalom.

Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.
~Romans 5:1-4
